Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Little Spark Music has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@littlesparkmusic.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
